When I first started nurse coaching sessions, I wanted to work on increasing my physical activity. You helped me find a different mindset around “workout” times which helped me see several opportunities where I could increase my activity. I have been able to increase my activity even more now that our sessions have ended. I feel better mentally as it gives me time to focus on myself. I enjoyed every moment of our coaching sessions. You provided a safe, confidential, and warm container that allowed me to really open up. I love that you provided resources in each session pertaining to what my goals were. I have been able to reframe some mindsets that have now allowed me to get more physical exercise and it has helped when dealing with difficult family situations.
